Mr Steven Barber is a registered GDC specialist in Prosthodontics and Restorative Dentistry.
Steven qualified from the University of Sheffield Dental School in 1998. After 2-years in a general practice, he choose to embark on a further 8-years of post-graduate training in the hospital service. On completion of this he was appointed as a hospital Consultant in Restorative Dentistry, based at the Liverpool University Dental Hospital and the Royal Preston Hospital. In this role he managed patients that required complex dental rehabilitations.
Steven joined the team at the Rose Lane Dental Practice in 2014 and now works predominately in dental practice as a specialist in fixed and removable prosthodontics. He enjoys all aspects of prosthodontics, but has particular interests in adhesive dentistry, the management of toothwear and failing dentitions, removable prosthodontics (dentures) and dental occlusion. He has attended multiple courses on these subjects, from leading international experts all over the world.
